Hey Driver Dimension Team!
As far that I cant Speach France,ill try in English(Im from Germany!),I hope thats not disturbing.

I got a Problem with my Driver on the PC.
When i want to set up my Controller configuration(Controller or Keypad) and i want to go back(pressing ESC) my Driver gives a sound and nothing happens. I can only get out of the menu,when i close the game with the Task-Manager... And the settings are not saved.

Is there a fix?
Is it my fault?

Edit: wuhoa.. suddenly it got fixed.. i just setted nothing up for cruise control and now it works..

If you hear the horn, it means that there are 2 or more commands on the same button. Just press Space if you want a command to be disabled. (when it's selected)

Well,is there a way,to play driver in Widescreen Resolution?

There are only 4:3 resolutions. (and 5:4 for the 1280*1024)
I can up to 1600*1200 with my CRT monitor, but no 16/9 or 16/10, sorry. tongue

If you have an LCD monitor with a 16/9 or 16/10 ratio, try to find a "1:1" mode or something like that in the monitor settings. wink

I've got a 1680x1050 Resolution,so i cant play in 1600x1200..
Maybe we could create a patch like this?

Theres an Ini file,where you can add patches..

Its working here on some games very nicely..

Wuha,again a new problem: I cant see any Cutscenes..
It started,that i was able to see the first one in the office.
but the rest is missing. the game is just skipping..

I've got all codecs installed...
any tipps?

BTW: Is there a patch for the german version out?
The Game shows,that i have version 6.3w,is this the newest?

Do you play with the CD on "D:" drive ?
In my memory the game only check the D drive for music, cutscenes...
You can change the letter of your CD player with windows XP.

Regarding the patch for widescreen patch, there is currently no way to add widescreen to driver. It's a limitation of the glide3d interface it uses. There is a DirectX wrapper that is used, so it is dependent on glide's functions. Glide has predefined resolution settings and widescreen ones are not in the list.
